Refund policy

We have a 14-day return and refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return and refund.

Please provide the receipt sent by UNBLENDED at the time of purchase to make it easier for us to process your return and refund.

Start the Return & Refund Process 

  1. Contact us on Support@unblended.com and send a Return & Refund request with the details of the items you want to return and get a refund for
  2. You will receive an email from our UNBLENDED team within 24 hours from the time you sent your request notifying you that your request has been received and is being processed
  3. Our third-party delivery and fulfillment company will contact you within 24 hours from the email sent by the UNBLENDED team and organize with you a time and pick up date for the items
  4. You will be refunded on your original payment method within 1-2 business days from the time we received your item

Please note: it can take 7-14 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, If more than 14 business days have passed since we’ve processed your return, please contact us at Support@unblended.com

Damages

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately on Support@unblended.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can fix the issue and make it right for you.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
